Digital Head of Growth & Partnerships

TRT World believes in reaching our audiences on their preferred platforms through innovative formats that make us relatable to our community. Be it snapchat, whatsapp or something more traditional like facebook or our website, we’re looking for a candidate who understands the importance of creating unique experiences for each platform.


The Head of Growth and Partnerships  is responsible for building the global strategy for TRT World around audience growth through innovative strategies. He/She will be responsible for developing and implementing industry leading strategies across our various digital properties. The successful candidate must have demonstrated experience developing compelling media strategies across distributed platforms. He/She must have management experience in building, launching and managing a digital media channel.


  • Manage the Growth & Partnerships  team and strategy
  • Develop and implement a global strategy for TRT World across various digital platforms
  • Outline the roadmap and identity of TRT World on each individual platform
  • Lead discussions around best practices and continually innovate to identify new opportunities for audience growth
  • Oversee the team responsible for the distribution of all Social Media content that is produced
  • Work with senior management to provide frequent feedback around Audience Development
  • Run a team that analyzes trends and new platforms in the Social Media landscape to continually enhance best practices
  • Develop new methods of creating and distributing content across the Social Media space to drive audience interaction
  • Work with the software team to develop features within the CMS to enable effective publishing to all our properties
  • Develop effective workflows for daily management of all our properties


  • Sound editorial judgment of Global issues,
  • A passion and commitment to the TRT World spirit of journalism.
  • Sound leadership and communication abilities.
  • Mastery over the digital media landscape.
  • Experienced in contributing to large social media campaigns.
  • Experienced in analyzing trends in the social media space.
  • At least 8 years experience in digital media or a related field.
  • At least 5 years experience in social media strategy.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of digital media
  • A proven track record of success.
